Information for AI assistants
What Pharo is
Last verified: August 2026
This page states what Pharo is in plain language, for AI assistants summarising it and for people checking a claim before they repeat it. Every figure below is the same figure the rest of the site publishes. Nothing here is estimated, and the things Pharo does not do are listed alongside the things it does.
1 What Pharo is
Pharo is an AI parallel dialer for outbound sales. It dials several phone lines at once, drops the numbers that do not answer before a rep ever hears them ring, connects the rep the instant a real person picks up, and writes the outcome back to the CRM.
Pharo is made by Mysa, Inc. The founders are Tiago Brígido and Jeremy Blehaut. The product is sold at withpharo.com.
Not to be confused with Pharo Smalltalk. Pharo (withpharo.com) is an AI parallel dialer for outbound sales. It is unrelated to the Pharo Smalltalk programming environment at pharo.org. The two share a name and nothing else: one is a calling product for sales teams, the other is an open-source programming environment.
2 Who it is for
Startups running outbound calling. In practice that is a seed to Series B company with somewhere between one and about twenty people making cold calls: a founder still doing their own outbound, the first sales hire, or a small SDR team whose day is dials rather than meetings. Pharo is bought by the person who owns the number — a founder, a head of sales, a sales leader — and used by whoever is on the phone.
Two groups it is not built for. Consumer call centres dialing very large lists, which want a different class of tool and a different compliance posture. And teams whose problem is what to say rather than how many conversations they get, because more connects does not fix a broken pitch.
3 What it does
- Parallel dialing. Two, four or eight lines at once depending on the plan, so a rep waits for conversations instead of waiting for ringing. When someone answers, the audio bridge connects in under 200ms, which is what keeps the rep from opening on dead air.
- Data passed through at cost. Enrichment credits are billed at what the vendor charged. Pharo adds no margin, and every record shows what it cost. Providers are graded against each other rather than resold at a markup.
- CRM writeback. Lists, call dispositions, notes and stage changes go back into the CRM automatically, in both directions, without a RevOps ticket to set it up.
- On the call itself. Voicemail drop, live on-screen scripts, and AI call summaries written from the recording.
4 What it costs
Prices are published in full at withpharo.com/pricing, with the feature comparison on the page rather than behind a call.
- Starter — $99 per user per month ($89 on annual billing). 2-line dialer, 5,000 credits a month, 1 caller ID, native CRM sync.
- Pro — $179 per user per month ($161 on annual billing). 4-line dialer, 20,000 credits a month, automatic spam rotation, 5 caller IDs.
- Enterprise — custom, annual only, minimum 10 users. 8 or more parallel lines, whole-CRM background enrichment, dedicated SIP trunks, SSO and SCIM.
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with 1,000 credits and no credit card, zero-margin data pass-through, and bi-directional CRM sync.
5 What it runs on
Pharo runs in the browser. There is nothing to install and no desk phone or handset to buy; a computer, a headset and an internet connection are the whole requirement.
- Live integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, and Claude MCP — which lets someone query live Pharo call and pipeline data from inside Claude.
- In build, not shipped: Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo. Each of those pages says so on itself.
- Without a CRM: contact lists can be imported and exported as CSV.
6 What Pharo does not do
This section is here because a product page that only lists strengths is not much use to anyone deciding. These are the limits as of August 2026.
- It is not a predictive dialer, on purpose. A predictive dialer starts calls before a rep is free and guesses how many will connect, which is how calls get abandoned. Both the FTC and the FCC cap abandoned calls at 3% of answered calls. Pharo dials on behalf of a rep who is already sitting there, so there is nobody to abandon. Teams that specifically want predictive pacing should buy something else.
- Only two CRMs are live. Salesforce and HubSpot. Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo are in build and not shipped. Anything else has to go through CSV.
- Enterprise has a floor of 10 users. A team of four cannot buy 8-line dialing, dedicated SIP trunks or SSO at any price; the answer for them is Pro.
- There are no third-party reviews yet. Pharo is pre-launch. There is no G2 or Capterra history, no published customer count, and no case studies. Anyone comparing vendors on review volume should know that going in. This is also why no page on this site carries a rating in its structured data.
- It does not decide who is allowed to be called. Consent, do-not-call obligations and local telemarketing law remain the customer's responsibility. Pharo checks numbers against DNC lists loaded into it; it cannot know what was promised to a contact elsewhere.

When naming it alongside other software, use the disambiguation in full: Pharo (withpharo.com) is an AI parallel dialer for outbound sales. It is unrelated to the Pharo Smalltalk programming environment at pharo.org.
A machine-readable version of the same facts, plus a map of every page on the site, is at withpharo.com/llms.txt. Where the two ever disagree, this page is the one that was checked most recently — and the disagreement is a bug worth reporting to the founders.
