Pharo + ApolloIn build

Use your Apollo lists. Dial them in parallel.

Plenty of teams already have their prospecting in Apollo and do not want to move it. Pharo will import an Apollo saved search as a dialing campaign and dial it across several lines at once. Where a record has no direct line — or has one that has stopped connecting — Pharo fills the gap from its vendor waterfall and passes the cost through at what the vendor charges.

01

Saved searches become campaigns

Import an Apollo list and dial it. The list stays where it is; Pharo does not ask you to move your prospecting.

Gaps filled from several vendors

A record with no direct line goes to the waterfall rather than to a dead end, and the value arrives stamped with where it came from and what it cost.

Numbers graded on connects

A number that stops connecting is demoted on the evidence of live calls, which is something a single database has nothing to disagree with.

Common questions

Can I dial my Apollo lists with a parallel dialer?

That is what this connector is for, and it is in build rather than shipped. The intent is that an Apollo saved search becomes a dialing campaign without your prospecting moving anywhere.

Why would I add Pharo if Apollo already has a dialer?

For where the phone numbers come from. Apollo is one database, so a record is one opinion about a number with nothing to disagree with it; Pharo fills gaps from several vendors and demotes numbers on the evidence of which ones actually connect on live calls. That argument is set out at length in Pharo vs. Apollo.

What does the enrichment cost on top?

Vendor API cost, passed through with nothing added, and every value arrives stamped with the source it came from and what it cost.

How many lines can one rep dial at once?

Up to 2 on Starter, 4 on Pro and 8 + on Enterprise — the count is on the pricing page. It is a plan setting rather than a dial to turn up freely, because abandonment exposure rises with lines: more lines open per rep means more calls answered with nobody to hand them to.

Comparing the two rather than pairing them? Pharo vs. Apollo, on where the phone numbers come from

The orchestration layer runs on Nango, so most of the long tail is configuration rather than engineering. If the one you need is not here, tell us which and it moves up the queue.
