Bi-directional task sync
Pull call tasks from Salesforce queues and write back dispositions, call logs and transcripts automatically.
Pharo + SalesforceLive
Connect Pharo natively to Salesforce in 60 seconds. Pharo reads your custom account and lead schema, pulls active tasks, executes sub-200ms parallel dials, and writes back call dispositions, recordings, and enriched data fields at vendor cost — without breaking historical field logic.

Enrich missing direct lines across historical Salesforce accounts at raw vendor API cost.
Automatically respects your standard and custom object fields, with no engineering.
A parallel dialer opens several outbound lines at once for a single rep and connects that rep to whichever one a person picks up, so the unanswered numbers and voicemails are cleared without anyone sitting through them. There is a longer explanation, including where it goes wrong, in what is a parallel dialer. The Salesforce part is where the list comes from and where the outcome goes back to.
Up to 2 on Starter, 4 on Pro and 8 + on Enterprise — the count is on the pricing page. It is a plan setting rather than a dial to turn up freely, because abandonment exposure rises with lines: more lines open per rep means more calls answered with nobody to hand them to.
No. Pharo reads your standard and custom objects as they are rather than asking you to add fields for it, and writes dispositions, recordings and enriched values into the fields you already have. Historical field logic is left alone, which is the part that usually turns a dialer rollout into a RevOps project.
Compliance is not a property of the architecture — the rules judge outcomes, not how the calls were placed, so no dialer is compliant or non-compliant on its own. The number that decides it is your abandonment rate against the FTC safe harbour in 16 CFR 310.4(b)(4). The guide walks through what the rule says.
The orchestration layer runs on Nango, so most of the long tail is configuration rather than engineering. If the one you need is not here, tell us which and it moves up the queue.
