Pharo + PipedriveIn build

A parallel dialer for Pipedrive, without the RevOps project.

Pharo will read Pipedrive persons, organisations and deals, turn a saved filter into a parallel dialing campaign, and write call activities, notes and stage changes back onto the deal. The connector is in build — the orchestration layer is the same one the Salesforce and HubSpot connectors already run on, so most of the work is configuration rather than engineering.

01

Saved filters become campaigns

Point Pharo at a Pipedrive filter and dial it. No export, no list to keep in sync by hand.

Activities written back

Every call returns as a Pipedrive activity with its outcome, duration and summary attached to the person and the deal.

Deal stages from dispositions

A booked meeting moves the deal, so the pipeline reflects what happened on the call without anyone updating it afterwards.

Common questions

Is there a parallel dialer for Pipedrive?

Pharo’s Pipedrive connector is in build, not shipped. When it lands, a Pipedrive saved filter becomes a dialing campaign and activities, notes and deal stages are written back onto the deal. The Salesforce and HubSpot connectors are live today and run on the same orchestration layer.

What is a parallel dialer?

A parallel dialer opens several outbound lines at once for a single rep and connects that rep to whichever one a person picks up, so the unanswered numbers and voicemails are cleared without anyone sitting through them. There is a longer explanation, including where it goes wrong, in what is a parallel dialer.

How many lines can one rep dial at once?

Up to 2 on Starter, 4 on Pro and 8 + on Enterprise — the count is on the pricing page. It is a plan setting rather than a dial to turn up freely, because abandonment exposure rises with lines: more lines open per rep means more calls answered with nobody to hand them to.

Will I have to change my Pipedrive fields?

No. The connector is being built to read the persons, organisations and deals you already have and write into the activity and stage fields Pipedrive already uses, on the same principle the live connectors follow.

The rest of the connector set

The orchestration layer runs on Nango, so most of the long tail is configuration rather than engineering. If the one you need is not here, tell us which and it moves up the queue.
